This direct-set culture can be used with various non-dairy milks and thickeners. Requires a yogurt maker, Instant Pot or other means of heated culturing. Not reusable, 1 packet needed for each batch.
Easily made in your yogurt maker or Instant Pot. Works with most non-dairy milks or homemade nut milks (check labels for unwanted additives). The Vegan yogurt has a looser set, but can be made more dense by straining or using thickeners.

Note: to get a thicker yogurt when using coconut, rice or almond milk, you can add a carbohydrate source, sugar & a thickener (agar agar, pectin or gelatin).
