Aromatic B is a mesophilic cheese culture consisting of multiple species that is ideal for crafting specialty fresh and soft cheeses, sour cream, and cultured butter. It is a popular blend for cheeses made from goat or cow's milk such as Havarti, Baby Swiss, Gouda, Edam, Blue, Camembert, and Brie, among others. This culture promotes the production of a diacetyl/CO2 (buttery) flavor that is similar to Flora Danica, enhancing the taste of your cheese.
This product is direct-set, single-use per packet. Please note that rennet is not included and must be purchased separately.
